Ah, there's nothing like a nice cold pint or a cup of tea after a long day's work. Meet the thirsty animals who enjoy nothing more than their favourite tipple...Thirsty animals
Vuitton and Louis enjoy a drop of non-alcoholic beer created especially for dogs by their owner Elise Schumacher at her Paws Point store in Australia. Yum!
Ivan Nutburn of Southampton always orders two pints - one for himself and one for his best friend Sam the dog. We're hoping the pipe was posed for the photo (taken back in the day when you could smoke in the pub).
Sparky the Shetland pony loves nothing more than supping on a cold pint of beer at his local, The Globe Inn at Sandhurst in Gloucestershire.
Dying for a beer? Farmer Tony Baskett began treating Lottie the cow to a pint of real ale after a vet told him that the yeast in his local brew, Adnams, would help her recover from a potentially fatal stomach condition. Several pints later and Lottie is one healthy and happy cow!
Ah, there's nothing like a cuppa. Tetley the miniature pig enjoys a nice cup of tea at his home on Pennywell Farm in Devon.
Good things come to those who wait, including Snowey the budgerigar who likes nothing more than a taste of the brown stuff.
Tiger the Chihuahua can't walk past a pub without stopping to enjoy his favourite tipple. Owner Diane Clark says her boozy pet refuses to budge from outside his local pub until she has taken him in for a pint. Who can blame him?
Lucy the Kune Kune pig enjoys a doze after gorging herself on too many fermenting apples. She looks so happy that photographer Richard Austin included her in his 2010 Animal Magic calendar.
Alfie the Shetland pony pops into his local with Owner Sharon Sutherland. He can be found chomping on mini cheddars and drinking the dregs from pint glasses most days.
Pigeon enthusiast Edward Pallant treats his feathered friends to five-star treatment at the £1m Ponderosa Racing Pigeon Stud in Weymouth, Dorset. The birds, which are sold to rich Arabs in the Middle East, enjoy a state of the art feeding, watering and computer controlled breeding system. And, by the looks of it, butler service.

Surely, most pets will consume any food or drink palatable to man. So, what's the big deal about pets drinking tea and beer? As far as they are concerned, they are imbibing whatever drink is placed before them. Those who see it fit to experiment with how animals will react to alcohol should be careful - keep the children safely out of reach of experimental beer drinking animals!

Not funny.Just goes to show how little some owners think of their animals.
